Bad customer service at debonairs mall of TEMBISA

I had worst customer service experience ever at debonairs pizza mall of TEMBISA i ordered my pizza at 16h20 29-04-23 i receive my order at 17h00 when I ask the lady by the name of Pauline how long it take to get my order she said 20Minutes then I said is more than 20 minutes and I haven't received my order yet and she said I must relax am not only customer who is waiting with an bad attitude then I ask to cal a manager for she said manager she is busy I said OK who can assist me than with refund then is where manager shout from the back and said no one u have no right to ask for your refund then I ask what must I do now because I cannot wait any longer its running and its late she said I must come on Monday to request for my refund they don't have time to play, mind due she is shouting from the back she never came to and talk to me.
