Bad customer service and No point in delivery

i placed an Online order with Debonairs Pizza at chrishanni crossing Vosloorus , the order was placed 12:02 and i paid same time via debit... It's 14:00 now and they don't even bother to call!!! I'm waiting for two hours and there was still no delivery, when I call them for query they don't pick up or it goes straight to voicemail.. I called several times and mind you.. I'm the one borrowing airtime for me to get food... Whrs the customer service?!! I'm hoping that I won't get a cold pizza cause I'm going to take it back to the shop and throw it to their stoves
