Bad customer service and insufficient info on their page

I placed an order online for delivery They excepted my delivery address with a R20 delivery fee Then all of a sudden they phoned me saying that they do not deliver in my area, but was not stated as that on their page They let me place an order but did not say anything When I phoned then I wanted to speak to the manager but the person who answered the call did not want to call the manager He said they will phone me back which also never happened
