Bad customer service and food

I purchased a festive deal along with a on the double pizza... The ****tail sausages tasted so horrible, I have emailed your customer service about this and even the pizza wasn't up to standard. Up until today I have not received any feedback. I can't believe the service I am receiving... Spending R300 on pizzas for a well deserved family meal and then not having a pleasant meal and to top it off your concerns are not acknowledged is not a good customer experience.
