Bad customer service

Debonairs pizza that is in Mall@Lebo is the worst.I ordered a pizza on the 1st of August 2021 which was yesterday and i waited 5 hours for the pizza and all that Time I called more than 3 times asking about my delivery and they would tell me that my pizza is on the way,only to be called 5 hours later informing me that my pizza won't arrive. I ordered again on 2nd of August 2021 and i waited 3 hours 30 minutes for my pizza to arrive. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed at Debonairs for their poor service.
