Bad customer service

Bad experience from debonairs. I have phoned more than 1 hour and 30 min for 2 pizzas. And then the odasity to charge me R15 delivery while parkview debonairs is 1 km away feom my home. Best of all the pizzas was cold and a disgrace. This was the last time. I will rather support my pizza perfect that i have used for 5 years sorry debonairs .
