Bad customer service

I am so upset. Just visited Debonairs by Sam Ntuli Mall. The customer service is so poor. I waited almost 45min for my order.

They have 2 staff standing at one till which I do not understand why. Orders are piling up at the back....I do not understand how their system works cause I know when a order is out your number needs to be called but no they pile up orders and only than you get your food. I asked one of the staff to call the manager she tells me the manager is busy. I however told her I do not care if the manager is busy I want to see the manager. Where do you even begin telling a customer yourr manager is busy. The manager was called eventually and guess what she ignored me. She did not attend to me... I ended up leaving.... The worse customer service ever!!!!
