Bad customer service

31st July 21 around 5 o'clock I went to debonairs Washington post to buy on the double sweet and sour rib and creamy chicken. After receiving my order after 45 minutes went home took a bath then only to find out there's only one flavor which is sweet and sour rib and I immediately called the store the lady who claims to be the rudest manager said to me they gonna send the driver to deliver but I should take note that they don't deliver such then asked if it my problem cause now it seems like she's doing me a favor where's they on the wrong side and I asked the lady if I should waste my petrol to come back and get my right order?? She rudely said the driver is coming.. I waited for that driver for 45 minutes then I decided to go back the store to demand my money back cause the service is very very disgusting. I get there about 19:45 the "so called manager" said its not their problem that I had to drive back cause their driver was there to deliver and I didn't show up and they described the wrong house I told them that not my house then they continued to say they've worked there for a very long time and they know the place very well.. I told them I need my money back and they should deduct money for 1 slice that I ate before seeing that it was the wrong order they said to me that not possible ale they just gonna deduct money for one box I just left everything there the pizza and the sleep and went home straight. I've never cried this much especially for a poor customer service..I want my money back... Since from 5 o'clock it now 8 o'clock without my right order
