Bad customer service

I ordered Real deal pizza (double Decker) and wings an a coke. Firstly when she gave me myorder, she took my receipt en throw it away. She gave me the order without a coke then I told her that, I also ordered a coke. With the bad attitude she answers that she didn't check the receipt. Then when I check my order they gave me cooktail cheese instead of wings. I return the order to her, without even apologize she took those cooktail and went at the back and I was standing there for almost 15 minutes en no one is saying anything. I asked one of the cashiers on what is happing now because am lost I don't know if she's gonna come back with wings or if am gonna get a refund because no one is saying anything. She come back then other lady asked her. She rep**** with attitude that she is busy with them after she bring them to the table that i was siting to and put. Them on the table and left with out saying anything or even apologize. When we open them they were raw not even half cooked. I just return them en ask for the refund. I am so disappointed buy this bad service I lov Debonairs. If if we getting this poor service you will lose many customers. I
