Bad customer service

Had the horrible service experience from debonairs pizza van riebeeck park in Kempton Park, my order was successful at 18:37 and only arrived at 19:37, I could not track my order so I decided to call the store and find out what's happening, the lady by the name of Lizzy or Lizel was very rude and told me I need to hold so she can confirm with the store telling me that she is from "call center" and kept on dropping the phone, her attitude was on another level, as if that was not enough, I don't know if they deli a pizza or what because the way it's so burnt,hard and cold, it is disappointing to experience such bad customer service
