Bad customer service

On 18:35 today, 30 / 04 / 2022 I ordered pizza online on their app and I called them around 19:23 and they answered it and they asked for my number that I ordered with and I gave them then the guy said to me he saw my order and he will let the store manager about my order and he/she will call me. Till now I'm still waiting for the call. I even tried to call them at 20:03 and there was no answer. That was Debonairs from Nkomo village and it happened twice but the 1st incident was with Debonairs Phillip nel last on 31 October till today still waiting for my order. I'm DONE WITH DEBONAIRS FOR GOOD. BAD SERVICE!!!
