Bad customer service

I visited debonairs pizza Nedbank plaza in arcadia..on the 25th Aug 2026...where I was served with a lady who was on the till from 19:18...I ordered a pizza for R64.99 order number 1078..if not mistaken..it had 78 at the end and another one with 80 at the end...at 17:54 the lady called out our numbers...we then ordered an Uber ...then she ignored me when I was standing on the counter to collect with a goofy smile..I can spitefull small topped with a nxaaa...on top...she then refused to give me the order...till I asked for the manager to give me my refund...manager was so polite n handed over the orderes that ...the lady had behind her on the pass...that lady is Soo rude...she lacks customer service... Furthermore today it was not the first time I received such humiliating service. All I wanted was my cash back so that I can leave...and I was charged5.22 cents for keeping the Uber waiting... I will never visit your shop till you get rid of her...and believe me...I was not the only one complaining...and the standard time has already passed along time ago..I left your shop at 20:03..imagine ...bad service I was not even supposed to add a single star on it.
