Bad customer service

I have waited for my pizza for 2 hrs and I kept on calling them,they promised that it will be delivered but to my surprised I'm recieving a massage that says my pizza was delivered when I have been waiting and have not received anything..The problem with our black brothers and sister from that shop think we have to beg them for our money.I have paid online and they are being ******* if they are not deliver our food when we have alreadynpaid for them. This is bad bad customer service.I want my money back cos I did not eat any pizza
