Bad Customer service

I ordered a pizza at16:52 at Lambton Debonnairs, I called the store at 17:40 as I still did not receive my order , I spoke to a very arrogant lady named Kholisile and she told me the store dsnt have airtime to call customers when there’s a delay, my order only arrived after I made a 2nd call at 18:10. Kholisile was not even apologetic instead she told me it’s not her problem when the driver went out but not delivered to me.
