Bad Customer Service

Horrible Customer service experience at Debonairs Caltex Fortgale Mthatha , Yesterday Night i made online purchase at 18:25 yes i understand its payday and it might be busy in the restaurant but i dnt think we still deserve such treatment, My order was accepted by the store, at 18: 57 i was notified that my order has been delivered did not panic because they always do this but order is NOT, after 19h30 i started to panic ( i gave them atleast an hour bearing in mind its payday and it might be busy) at 19:42 i made a call to the store , NO telephone etiquette at all (the lady only started to be sincere once she noticed they fault is from their side) there was also a lady that irritated me in the backgroud its like the phone was on loud speaker she kept saying are sure you ordered at Fortgale as im speaking with the lady that answered the phone yho (like why would i call Fortgale while i placed my order in a different place with their number on the app) she eventualy knew my order after looking for it and asked me to speak to the manager spoke to the guy that advised that he is going to try trace my order fine i asked at the end of the call if i will get any update he assured to call me back with feedback , my order arrived at 20h20 ICE COLD and all the driver could say was eish bhuti its busy and left , Did the store or Manager atleast call back to give feedback or care to know if my order arrived NOOO , i had to do all this follow up because i already paid for it otherwise if not he was going to go back with thE ice cold Pizza.
