Bad customer service

On 01 September 2024 I arrived at the shop at 12:47 but I left at 15:41, what I observed is lack of supervision or management, only cashier and the lady who was operating the dough roller that shows the commitment but the rest seems like they don't care, staff have their caucus meetings during the working hours left customers unattended. The cashier had to work double calling the orders and attend customers on the till, thanks the guy who came from lunch to call the orders you were our lie safer. At the time I was on my way to Johannesburg I had to arrive at 23:09
