Bad Customer service
I called Debornairs call center at 5pm this evening to place an order with Debornairs Jabulani mall I spoke to an *********** consultant who kept on putting me on hold for a mere order. I could tell when she gave me a total amount of R130 for a pizza that I usually buy for R145 that there was something wrong raking into consideration that they now charge a delivery fee. It's almost 9pm and my order is not here and I've been failing to get through their call centre. Being angry and ****ed would be just an understatement. It's not even the busiest time of the month mxm!!! #BadService ????
