Bad customer service,

I placed an order at the Yarona Allandale branch at 17:39 yesterday, I was told that the order will be delivered in 45 minutes , after an hour and so minutes of non delivery I tried contacting the branch and the calls were not answered , 2 hours later the order gets delivered and the box is smashed , I opened the box to observe the contents which were a total mess, I then refused the order , I am beyond disgusted with the service I have received and you have certainly lost a customer.
