bad customer service

last night ordered a Pizza from Debonairs Pizza Amalinda East London at 19:30. at 20;15 o called the restaurant to find out were is my pizza as i had ordered for my kids supper they said it will be delivered now now. at 21:00 tried to call again but could not get through as the restaurant closes at 20:30. the kids went to sleep without eating and sore hearts as the waited for a long time. the Pizza only arrived at 21:40 pm, i don't know who eats supper that time, worst part is that no one called to notify us of delays as if we knew we would have gone to collect. this is unacceptable. i was even thinking of asking for my money back as i felt this was bad customer service.
