Bad customer service

I walked in the shop took the menu and looked at it. I then went to the counter there was a cashier standing facing the other way. She turned and looked at me then turned back to her original position(her back facing the counter) busy applying make up. 10 minutes later after she's finished with her make up. She attended to us by initially saying" huh I thought you were not buying" . Is that how debonairs train it's staff?? Never been this annoyed. I'm a loyal customer to the store but I'm always getting the worst service. PHINKI THUBAKGALE I thought she has knocked off the way she was acting.
