Bad customer service
Yesterday I ordered a pizza for delivery. At first no one told me about the time delay and it would take 2hours to deliver to an address that's 10 minutes away. After an hour and half I contact the to get the ETA on my delivery. The lady said to me with attitude. I quote "don't you know that the delivery takes 2 hours". Which I found to be rude. As I responded "No" as I had no knowledge about the time and she hung up. The order was placed at 18:04 and trust me when I say. We still waiting for the delivery even now. No one told us that the order was cancelled and they won't be delivering anymore. Imagine sitting with kids waiting in anticipation. Awaiting the.pizza that is not even coming. We had to make alternatives at 21:00. This is unacceptable.
