Bad customer service

I have placed an order yesterday at Dube around 16:58 and waited, around 18:14 order still not delivered. I called the call centre and I was told that it will be delivered soon. I still have received it yet after 30 min or so...I called again at 18:50 and I was told that it was closed. I mean the decency of being called and inform me they are closed all that did not happen. It was for my kids as they did well and passed and imagine the disappointment when I told them that they are closed or knocked off already. I think the service is pathetic and now we had to sleep eating bread for supper as it was already late for me cook. I'm so disappointed as they didn't even apologise for the inconvenience that they have caused
