Bad customer service

I called to order 1 larger pizza at 18:40pm from the Debonairs pizza in Langerman Drive. I called again at 18:56pm and the told me that my pizza will arrive at 19:30pm. I called again at 20:39pm and they told me that it would take another 30minutes before my pizza delivery arrives. 21:00pm my pizza has not yet arrived! I make another call at 21:26pm and I am told that my pizza will arrive in 12 minutes. At this stage my kids have slept on a empty stomach waiting on Debonairs pizza!!! Finally my pizza arrives at 21:45pm, and I am told that I still have to pay for pizza that arrives over 3 hours later. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, and honestly feel that the after waiting over 3 hours for 1 pizza, it should have been free. They should have informed me that they are not able to deliver the pizza due whatever reasons that they are experiencing, instead of misleading me.
