Bad Customer Service

Today, 11/01/2021, I visited the Matatiele Debonairs Pizza branch, my order was processed quickly and everything seemed fine, order number #66 time of arrival was 12:06 pm. After an hour of waiting for my order with no one to communicate the delay, I went back inside to find out what the hold up was for, I was simply told to wait outside as my order was still being processed, subconsciously I wished to have canceled my order, but my children were already waiting for the Pizza in the car. I am not impressed with the service of this branch, sometime back in 2019 I told myself I was never to buy from that branch ever again all because of the underlying customer service issues. This time I had no choice but to use the branch as my children were kin on having pizzas and the nearest place was Debonairs Matatiele. It's been almost two years not going to the shop but when I decided to go back things are still appalling and worse than the last I had to use the shop. Please hire more competent employees as you will lose good business due bad customer service.
