Bad customer service

Good morning , I would like to lay a formal complaint against Derbonairs Pizza in Durban Smith Street, On Saterday at about 12:00 to 12:30 I called for delivery , Fikile answered the phone and she wanted to tell me about the promotion they are having and said no thank you i dont want the special ,I gave her my cell number and she asked it was the first time for me ordering because she could not find me on their system and when was I bt to answer she was busy with another person im not sure if she was speaking to the client or her colligue and i was just holding eventually she came back and i gave her my order and i must say the tone of her voice is not suppose to be of a person answering calls taking order she has got that rudeness, After i gave her my order she just said bye and hung up on me , she did not tell me how much is gonna cost and how long it gona take to be delivered ,call back and asked thse things and when i called could hear from her voice that she is irritated,This is not the 1st incident few months ago i caled for deliver and was told there were no bikes to deliver bt when i went there myself i found scooters delivering and ws told sorry just that thy r busy .
