Bad customer service

<p>I placed an order on Thursday to the value of R259 at 19:00 online, i got the confirmation within 5 minutes on my e-mail, an hour later I called to check how far is my order, thats only when the consultant told me that it is ready but there are no drivers, I called again at 19:45 and I was told that the drivers are still not yet back, My pizza arrived at 21:30, they kept it in a warmer, it was hard and terrible, R259 gone to the drain, they didn't even have that decency to call me and advise the progress or if maybe I should come and collect it. Debonairs Cosmo City is the worst in terms of service and I will never buy there anymore.</p>
