Bad customer service!!!

<p>I called Debonairs Sesfikile Square and placed an order on Monday 2nd of January at 16:30 with Sibusiso and was promised that i will get my order in an hour. 2 hours later i still didnt have my food, I then called back and was told that they were short staffed and didnt have enough drivers thats why my order is late and still they couldnt confirm where the driver was at that point in time because they were not sure....all they could tell me was that my order was out for delivery. Now surely when I called in to place my order I should have been informed of the possible delay?? Why bother taking down my cellphone number if you not going to inform me that I might have to make other plans instead of me sitting and waiting for ever?? my order eventually arrived at 19:15. If your mission is to become champions of bad customer service I guarantee you are on the right track. </p>
