Bad Customer Service

On so many occasion i have encountered problems with Debonairs/Steers Wonderpark

I literally call to place my order confirm the order and the time for arrival with them everytime i call, but my order hardly comes on time or something must just be wrong with the order. So today i placed and order at 13:15 and asked them to bring the food at 12 as its for a meeting. The call center agreed and said it wouldn't be a problem, their normal delivery time is 30 to 45 min which will be 12:05 i called at 12:10 to ask where is my order they just said they will call the driver with no apology or explanations i then call after another 10 min and request the store manager and i still same response with no apology or explanation still. The store says its the driver the driver arrives at 12:25 and says its the store, still not even apologizing or see anything wrong and this whole situations. I mean i order this food as parr of my work so once things like this happens its like i don't do my work properly. I am so tired of this because even if i make a time order or order earlier i still experience such bad service
