Bad customer service

I ordered a pizza via call today at 19:57 (Debonairs Selcourt, Nigel road) for collection, upon collection the lady that assisted me literally threw the pizza on to the tray and had such a rude approach in our entire interaction. My order number is 215. Please instill customer care skills in her. I've had several encounters with Debonairs but such rude and unprofessional service has never been given to me.
