Bad customer experience

I have placed my order in the app at 17:50. It is now 20:10 and still no pizza!!! What is the point of ordering online for convenience if you have to wait for more than two hours for food to arrive. I am utterly disappointed with the service from Debonairs Wonderpark and I will definitely not be using their services again. The service does not even deserve one star!!!!!
