Bad customer! Bad manager!

Last week on the 18th of May 2023 I ordered a double diva double stack pizza. Just to clarify their customer service sucks *****. So my husband took pictures of these pizzas because there was just normal one base pizzas in both boxes. Anyway the next day we made our complaint to them. A lady calls me (I had to block her on WhatsApp mind you) she kept telling me that the sweet and sour chicken pizza I ordered was a double stack. Which it wasn't. Infact I showed her my orders (screen shotted) huhuh this woman just kept haggling me. Of course the double diva should have the double stack but it wasn't! So my question is this, if my math is right. I paid for the normal sweet n sour chicken R116 and what should of been a double stack, the double diva, R230. This woman insists that there was no discrepancy with the order. She even sent me pictures of the pizza base, which still wasn't a double stack!

My husband used to crazy about their pizza but not so much anymore because he didn't receive what he ordered and the fact that we were handled like mere ******* also didn't help. He wanted a refund on the R230 pizza which should've cost him only 116 but he didn't get either. What happened to good old empathy, we work hard for our money but she manager wasn't having it. She was rude! She accused us of making stories that were not true. I actually told her, no use arguing with a fool. Sies Debonairs! You should hire better managers who does better investigations. A person that is willing to listen and not try to make the person out to be a *****.
