Bad customer at Debonairs Pizza BRAAMFONTEIN

Debonairs pizza BRAAMFONTEIN gave us a pathetic horrible customer service, Their opening time states 10h00 but only told us they’d assist only at 10h15, then we saw orders coming in way before 10h15, we then proceeded to order and we’re only told there’s no ingredients for our meal after we’ve already ordered. The lady gave us sickening attitude busy going through a magazine. We then asked for a refund and one of the lady’s said to cancel the order at the back because we now want refunds. It’s doesn’t make sense how the order should be cancelled when there’s no ingredients in the place. And lastly we went there for 3 consistent days and they have different opening times every single day. I’m highly disappointed and appalled by the customer service.
