Bad custimer service

I bought a tripple decker pizza fron Debonairs in durbanville on the 30th of May 2020. I was very unhappy with the quality of the pizza cause there was only filling on the top layer and the bottom layer was empty and dry with only small pieces of meat on it. Ive loaded a complain and pictures on there website on the the same day and it advised that someone will get in touch with me within 24hours. I never received any feedback from then and decided to load the query again on the 2nd of June but still have not received feedback yet. This customer service is the worst ever. I very disapointed in such a big company with this bad costomer service
