Bad costomer service at debonairs pizza

I bought a pizza at mogwase debonairs pizza online and I asked how long will it takes for my odder to be ready. I was told that my oder will be ready within 40-45 minutes. It took a full two hour after went to a restaurant for collection. Remember I'm not allowed to buy behind the desk they will deliver it to my door step. Whe I got to the restaurant my oder was ready they gave me it to me and the dot was black I asked the cashier about the meaning of the black dot on my odder. She said the pizza is for free. Then they refunded me. Today as I was busy with my work I received a call from the police station. They have reported me. And been told to settle the bill.
