Good Morning

I would like to lay a formal complaint against the whole staff members of this branch they are extremely unprofessional iam very unhappy with the level of service they provide to us just because it’s an area where there’s black people they think they can disrespect us their waiting time is extremely long now i know why their manager told the staff to take their time in front of my subordinate that I asked to quickly grab lunch for me as she was waiting for my order what kind of service is that Iam a manager as well at the mall iam extremely disappointed, this is not the first time it happened just because we voice out our dissatisfaction with their pizza now they’re being nasty to all my staff members if this doesn’t change by the end of this week I personally will take further steps it is not on at all and I will record next time this is nonsense When you work in retail there’s waiting time my love you can’t just fast track other orders and others wait just because you dislike the person it is not your home definitely not your company get your act right and NO I do not want an apology change your attitude sis umdala
