Bad burnt pizza

I am so disappointed, my husband and I ordered crem decker at va riebeek park In kempton park...the thing is dry ,its burnt with drops of sauces and vegies and meat, the other layer completely empty nothing in there..??. I sent an email after I called and given an email address,I showed them pictures, I was told they investigating the matter .No response till today so disgusted I dont know why sell Crem decker if they cant make it or they dont have all the ingredients.
