bad behavior and lack of knowledge

I had made an order online and when I get at the shop. they telling me thay I cannot pay with a capitec voucher that I had bought. What's the point of listing debonairs on the capitec voucher if you don't accept payments. what makes things worse is that, the stuff was laughing at me like I am crazy. I will never ever buy from debonairs again. your staff professionalism is terrible. this happened at the Alexandra debonairs. I even took a video of this Terri experience. I will make it trend on Twitter
