Bad bad service from Debonairs selcourt

I ordered food today (25/07/2024) from Debonairs in selcourt on the app. My order was accepted by the store at 18:21 at 19:50 I phoned the store to find out why my order have not been delivered yet I spend 10 minutes on the phone only to be told by the first person I spoke the, who was rude she can’t assist and placed me on hold again. The second person I spoke to. Was a bit friendlier and she just told me oooo they are busy and orders take 2 and a half hours they have a back log. I eventually received my order at 20:23 after the driver stil went to the wrong house. When I touched the box it was cold when I went in the house and open the pizza is was cold and I could taste the pizza was made and just laying on heating pad till someone decided to deliver it.
