Bad bad service

I ordered a pizza at 10 am from the app, payed and the order was busy being prepared, at 10:35 am I got a call from Debonairs Park Tower Arcade, Rink St, Port Elizabeth, 6000 stating that they can only process my order at 11am as she said they open at 11am... and that the order would then take 45 minutes to deliver... I tried to cancel my order online but it said that I needed to contact the store... I had a horrible time speaking to the person on the line and they kept saying they cant hear me and put the phone down on my ear. I called again and they just said that my order would be there at 11:45... thats an hour and 45 minutes I have to wait for my pizza... not happy and would like to be contacted
