Bad bad service

I have a very bad experience with Debonairs in Umtata. I have been ordering from them and getting delayed and burnt pizza. The day before yesterday I ordered pizza and I was at the Drs pizza never came and I left and went home,when I was at home i got a call from the delivery guy asking where I was and I told him I am home and he told me they dont deliver at the location. I had ordered online and my money was deducted from my account. My mother decided to order another one and pay cash and that one was burnt and dry as if there were no sauces and it was not the pizza we had ordered. I am livid right now. I want my money. I have been waiting for my refund since I didnt receive the pizza I had ordered.That kind of service is unacceptable
