Bad bad bad service from your frontline staff

Your staff at the Debonairs Pizza in Katlehong are extremely carefree about solving customer problems. Please send them for proper customer service courses or learnings. Xolisa Mngeniso was not phased about solving my order problem. She just didn’t care! The trainee on the other hand just sat there and watched me as I approached the counter and just shouted out for someone to come assist me. The service doesn’t even warrant a 1 star rating. It needs a negative rating on the number line.
