Bad Bad Bad Service

I bought a Pizza on Saturday and it got to me very cold then today again I order for delivery I placed my order at 16:05 my Pizza got here at 17:20 guess what it's cold again I just asked the driver to read what it said on the box if it's cold it's free...The driver from Dobsenville Debonairs was very rude and loud and he decided to go back with the rest of my order of which it was cheese grillers, sparkling water and passion fruit even though I made it clear I'll pay for everything else. Why is it that Debonairs gives one driver so many orders and makes it our issue because I called the Call Center after and they couldn't transfer my call ,I still called Dobsenville Debonairs until I got the Manager and he was not very helpful but rude too ..Why are we subjected to such services in Soweto because this is not the first encounter I'm having with Debonairs... I'm so hurt and disappointed to think I was so hungry and had a visitor but Debonairs turned everything into a Mockery ...I took the picture of the Pizza and a video of your rude Driver Richard....
