Bad bad bad service

Bad bad bad delivery and customer service from debonairs Jabulani mall, I ordered at 12h28 and my pizza was delivered at exactly 15h27 after a full 3 hour runaround, the driver was at some point reluctant to assist us, called the store and my airtime was depleted, called again, to be told the driver is coming, waited outside for a good 30mins, the store is a good 7mins drive from my house Received dry pizza at the end
