Bad bad bad

I was not treated so nice at Dundee Debonairs,i wrote on their Facebook page,then I got a call from a guy by the surname of Khumalo, I've never heaed from them ever again but just a sms that says that case has been resolved without even being told what's going on,

Again I logged a complaint about the very same case and needed to be updated then after a week here what i received

"Debonairs Pizza Customer Care Case CAS-***-H8C3C2 has been Resolved. We thank you for your interaction"

So is this Debonairs how thay operate?
