Bad Attitude towards customers and poor service

Sent my daughter to order food 11h18. Very rude to my daughter when my daughter could not hear Elsa clearly, Elsa raised her tone of voice. We were told order will take 30min. After 30min I asked her about the order and she told me another 2 min. That did not happen at all, no excuse or explanation why the delay. We have received the order 12h10, almost a hour later! She don't even keep eye contact with her customers, she don't greet her customers, don't take the order slip in a proper way from her customers. I have told her that her attitude towards the customers stink. For the long wait as well, that was bad as they were not busy at all, no reason for this long delay! If people don't enjoy what they are doing and have no proud in what they are doing, they should stay home. Please teach this lady how to deal with customers.
