Bad attitude ,late delivery and ice cold pizza

I came home this evening after a long day of work, I invited two buddies over along with my lady. We ordered the pizza at 9pm as we decided to watch movies...half way through the movie we realised that we didn't eat yet and that it was 22h20 . I then decided to call the belhar branch to follow up on my order and as expected I got a **** answer to my call in an unfriendly manner. I asked who is speaking and then explained my dilemma , the unfriendly Robyn told me the branch is busy and she can't help it. I asked to speak to a manager and Christalene came to the phone....she wasted no time into saying the store is busy and the orders spread wide...I explained to her that I paid with my credit card for my food and I am still waiting on it. She did not once apologies for the inconvenience, she just said the orders are wide spread and that she can't do anything. She called the driver and then just called me back to say his in the street and then put the phone off in my ear..already sadly disappointed by the service , I get to my pizza and that is also cold. What a disaster, thank you debonairs. You have lost a valuable client . I will advise my friends and family about this bad service!
