Bad Attitude/Hanging up phone while i talk

I called Debonairs Bedfordview to place an order. I first enquired about the prices, Blessing(employee) responded, she asked me to hold while she answers another phone. I didnt mind and kept holding. I got annoyed after holding for 10 minutes without blessing coming back to take my order, I could hear the phone ring again and she answered it, still ignoring me while I hold. I hung up and called again, whereby I was furious, addressing the incident that just took place. she gave me attitude, answering me back while I was talking, then she hung up the call while still i was talking. My order was never taken. I called the third time and asked for the manager, I waited but after 2 minutes I hung up and decided to go to the store personally and address the issue face to face.<br> <br> Im appalled at the level of service from Debonairs. They should train their employees on how to conduct themselves when speaking to customers.
