bad attitude and service

After placing an order i was called about 45mins after to be informed that delivery cnt be made to accaciavale yet i have ordered before amd delivery was made. The manager that spoke to me was nomusa and she said a refund cnt be made and i had to come fetch the order. She made ****** remarks on the call and i eventually had to fetch the order and she stil displayed a very bad attitude in the store. When the pizzas wer recieved they wer all mangled and didnt look like a pizza at all. I was refused to be reimbursed had i needed to take a taxi to fetch the pizza. I have picture evidence of what the pizzas looked like after i collected the. My point was if they stipped delivery to a certain area in town it should be stated on the site as i paid with credit card online. I had asked to speak to the owner and was refused. The bad attitude from nomusa who said she was the manager was absolutely pathetic. To me its ******* advertising if they say they deliver all over ladysmith only to be told they dnt deliver to the area i was in only to be served with ******** attitude after.
