bad attitude and poor service

There was no queue at all, I then bought a pizza, 10 minutes on, the lady that works at milky lane that is a shop away also bought a pizza, 30 minutes pass n the lady gets her pizza and mim still waiting.40 minutes on, I ask about my pizza, and then they said, oh ohk.i realised that after 40 minutes of waiting, only then they started, I then requested for a refund because of how they operate. Then the lady who refused to give her name gave me cash from her pocket and they continued chatting And laughing at me.when I asked for her name, both her a her colleague called out different names , obviously lying to me.i feel so insulted and belittled.they don't respect customers at all.the lady was a cashier at around 11h00am on the 6th of Feb 2016 at vredenburg debonaires.
