Bad attitude and poor customer service skills
They brought me a pizza with no quality service sticker,when I call back the manager says he is still busy. I had to drive there and complaint,when I get there he tells me I should speak to the delivery guy it does not concern him. Later he then calls the bookkeeper to minus part of his salary to pay back the pizza and I should collect it Sunday,when I come back he is not on duty and claims there is nothing he can do. I don't think this is the treatment I deserve as a loyal customer of debonairs. A cold ugly pizza with a bad attitude. The customer service there is poor,wouldnt advise any of my associates to go there.
